Shipping policy
Orders are proceed within 2 business days, although this may be delayed if we are experiencing high volumes of orders.
During sale and holiday periods please allow additional time for shipments. If you require an order by a particular day please email us at service@percyjackmotorcycles.com.au in advance and we will endeavor to prioritse your order when possible.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries both in Australia and international. If you have not received your order within 2 days of anticipated arrival according to your selected delivery options then please email us at service@percyjackmotorcycles.com.au
Percy Jack Motorcycles is not liable for fault of delivery by the courier. Please let us know if there are courier issues, and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however we are not able to refund in the case of courier fault.
Orders to some countries may incur customs or other charges. These charges are based on your country's postal regulations, and as such Percy Jack Motorcycles has no control over these charges, cannot advise what they will be, and is not liable for them. Please contact your country’s postal service for more information. Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the address provide is incorrect, Percy Jack Motorcycles is not liable to refund or replace goods.
