You need to create a separate booking for individual services. For example, if you require a general service and tyres then please create two bookings.
Bikes of certain ages and makes can be difficult to source parts, and so as to avoid any disappointment we assess such jobs on a case by case basis. If you do not see your make or age of bike then please email us at service@percyjackmotorcycles with photos of your bike and details of the work required and we will get back to you with the viability of the job.
We only show available time slots. If you require an urgent appointment that is not showing as available the please contact us on 02 9516 3597, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Evotech Performance Products
We want to ensure our customers have access to the full Evotech Performance range. Therefore if we do not have something in stock but it is available with Evotech Performance in the UK then we will advertise it as ' Out of Stock- Order In'. We will then order the part into Australia ready to be sent out to you.
We are an Australian based company and want to ensure that our customers not only have access to the full Evotech Performance range and receive the products quickly, but also are not charged for expensive international freights costs for specific order-in items from the UK. In fact, we guarantee to sell our 'Order-In' items for the same price than as if we had them in stock, and you only pay for the delivery from our store to you. In order to do this we process 'Order-In' items every 2 weeks with the UK.
So if you see the product you want is available only as 'Order In', then you will still receive the products within 4-6 weeks for exactly the same price- see patience really is a virtue!
Orders are sent out once all the items are ready for delivery. Therefore if you want to receive items in stock without waiting for order-in parts we advise you to place two separate orders.
In stock items will be processed and scheduled for delivery within 2 business days, although this may be delayed during sales and holiday periods when we may be experiencing a high volume of orders.
Order-In items will be processed within 2 weeks of your order being placed and will be shipped to you as soon as the product is in stock. We aim to have the product to you within 4-6 weeks of you placing your order with us.

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and so long as your order is not already out for shipment we can change the delivery address for you.
You will receive your shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is packed and ready for dispatch. This is typically within 2 business days for items in stock, or 4-5 weeks for items ordered in.
Within 30 days of purchase we will offer you a refund or exchange so long as you have a receipt or proof of purchase, and the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
If you are shipping an item to us for a refund then once it is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Shippings costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
